Orbit Hangar Modsのページを開く。 右側の入力欄にOrbiter Forumのアカウント名とパスワードを入力してログインする。 左側のMy Accountのリンクをクリック。 Create New Addonのリンクをクリック。 これでMODの公開画面に進みます。 あとは、インストール方法と利用規約を書いた簡単なreadmeがあったほうがいいかもしれません。 SKINパックいいですね！ 「自分が作りたいものを作り終えるまで公開しない」というスタイルのMOD製作者さんもたくさんいらっしゃるので、ぜんぜん焦らなくて大丈夫ですよ。

うちの環境でも同じ問題を確認できました。 原因はよくわかりませんが、以下の方法で直るようです。 対策 1 いったんセーブしてゲームを再開する。 対策 2 Visual effects で Distance fog を無効にする。 （遠景をぼんやりさせるエフェクトなのですが、これが悪さをしているようです）
