I would also recommend some kind of terrain for Pluto as well. We have the data for about a 1/3 of the planet with the New Horizons flyby in 2015. I'm not sure on how to exactly do that, and I haven't seen any thread on here attempting to create terrain.

Always nice to have another destination on the Moon. First I would recommend moving the pads away from being so close to the buildings, for both safety and aesthetic reasons. Try out something similar to Lunar Base Niven in that regard. Maybe move the hangars about 90 degrees...
Back when I was transferring computers, I kept my installation on an external hard drive that I bought online. Even though I no longer use my old laptop, I still have kept my installation on that external hard drive.
