Found this by searching for a time due to a previous post that linked to a bad download page on these forums. Searched the internet and found it.
The manual is for the excellent Autopilot 1.7 MFD by Rudolf Bumm.
It is a complete user manual of how to use the amazing features of this MFD and it's ability to control many of the craft in Orbiter 2006 through 2010 (I believe). Holds a great tutorial on how to create a flightplan for the MFD to control the vehicle in sub-orbital, atmospheric, and orbital flight.
