I'm wondering about this myself, currently I just disable the "particle streams" setting in the visual effects tab. :facepalm:

@dbeachy1 It worked for me just a second ago, I downloaded the dx9 client for 2010 p1. If I click on the link that I posted in my previous post I get the same 403 message, however if I copy/paste the link address it takes me to the d3d9 download page. What about this link...
