Jeff Bezos blue origin is going to launch a bunch of satellites to rival starlink, his amazon company are going to launch a different set of satellites and we already have starlink so how much more crowded will LEO get?
Agreed with you, they can't learn from a failure on a v3 booster if they are already working on v4 because they won't know if they've fixed it or got a whole other new set of issues.
The approach they are following is an engineering approach but it's chaos engineering. I wonder what it looks...
