Okay thanks.
I just installed the D3D9 and it helps a little. Although AMSO is still a really slow framerate.
The weird thing is it seems I've only had this low framerate problem since I updated to Windows 10...which is the reason for my initial question.
Well this is what I get when I install it and when I try and run Orbiter I get a really low framerate which I am assuming is because of the DirectX error. And for the 3D device all I get is "Direct 3D HAL" and "RGB"
And there is no orbiter.bin file in my install folder.
Here's what it says in the installation verification:
Test: Checking DirectX
Result: Failed
This diagnostic utility performs a few tests to verify a valid
Orbiter installation. Normally, this test needs to be executed
only once after installation. To run it again, execute the
'testinstall'...
Okay thanks for that info and the quick reply!

Xyon, I tried installing the runtimes and it still isn't recognizing DirectX.
Hi,

If anyone can assist me I'd appreciate it, thanks.
I'm totally into the AMSO add-on and have had great success with my missions, BUT whenever I get to the moon EVA and deploy the Lunar Rover, Orbiter crashes on me right after it's completely deployed. I tried reinstalling AMSO and Orbiter to no avail. It happens every time, no matter which...
