Here is a test version. It uses UACS. We tried to make similar UMMU commands

1 opens the cockpit bay doors. Select a door and press D to open the doors.

That was more Eagle than I expected :) (no pod?)
Found a minor issue: the HUDs are visible through the mesh in external view, the Dark Energy plane has (or did?) the same problem too.
I looked at the stock DG and the HUD glass mesh group is flagged 7, maybe that fixes it (this would include flag 2, which the bible says is "do not render this group"?:unsure:).

Oh. Not sure what you mean. But the HUD is flagged 7.

I will add the passenger module

It's hard to see in a screenshot, in the test.scn provided, turn on the VC HUD and in external view fom the right and behind you can see the HUD through the cabin walls
(might be a sort issue? the transparent objects aren't last in the msh list)

Can anyone explain how flag 2 works?

Not sure. But the HUD transparent is the last group of EAGLEVC16Amfd

I think the VC and cockpit are set for VC and interior. So exterior should not see them

Very nice! Thanks for posting this development version.
I took it for a spin round Brighton Beach and it worked well.

A minor quibble: Could you please make the cockpit visible only when in the cockpit view, not in the glass cockpit. ( MESHVIS_COCKPIT )
Reason is the cockpits front wall is obstructing the forward view when in the glass cockpit.

I was looking at eaglecockpit7.msh, there's an object; eaglehudvcscreen. but it's not connected to the HUD?

Can you post the scenario. That is weird. I am fixing some modules. I take it is for every eagle. So weird The eagle touch off. I guess parking brake needs on?

but there's an error in the download file: the ASTRONAUTS folder should be in VESSELS/UACS folder, also I think some textures are missing

Here are the textures. I can not seem to get that issue you are getting. Cockpit7 is the whole interior cockpit. then there is the HUD and mfd vc mesh.

I think I need to redo the interiors

I can not seem to get that issue you are getting
I've only seen this once before, all other addons etc. no issues, hopefully someone can confirm/ give feedback?

All good, the naming had me confused:confused:
I think I need to redo the interiors
Interiors are pretty good, maybe a little retex. (If you want to go all the way here are some eg.:))
Cockpit tex. are a little fuzzy, I've made some slightly better ones for the front (unfortuneately I couldn't find anything for the side panels)(also I would drop the _norm maps. they need to be made from an individual bump map).

One suggestion: exchange the external pilots with a modified EVA model?

The HUD in extern problem seems to be a graphics overload issue

On the current status of the Tcar and base, was the UACS action area functionality solved?

I think so. I was able to get the guy to attach and move back and forth.

BUT I think a issue is having more than one vessel with action areas. It (UACS) didn't find the closest. I need to try this.

I hope to have a new Passenger module redone. Going for this:

Its not that I don't like this dark color (Great for clothes! Sunlight makes silly!) of the seat, but maybe you should give it some better material properties....
