The base is located near the Northern rim of the Plato crater, in the North-West hemisphere of the Moon.
It is made of near-future modules. The center is a layed-down Moonship, which is already half-buried in Lunar regolith, to reduce the radiation exposure. Oxygen generation is supported by two greenhouse domes.
The base has two landing pads and a mobile inflatable surface habitat.
