Westcott RPE (Rocket Propulsion Establishment).

A former WWII RAF base in Southern England., it was later home to one of the UK rocket development and testing areas. The airfield is now closed and is home to Westcott Venture Park.

This add-on comprises the local surface tiles, runways, and stock buildings with four extra roof textures. It does not require any other add-ons.
Tested only on Orbiter2010-P1.
It has three simple scenarios for the DG, ShuttleA and ShuttlePB.
Future expansion packs will include the P2 Engine Test Cell, used for testing the Blue Streak engines, a lox plant, kerosone storage, base traffic and UCGO/UMMU activity
