Flight Question Table of orientation of the Attitude MFD

Hi,

the Orbiter 2016 manual contains the following table for the Attitude MFD on page 89:



Am I right in my "red" comments?

From observations: Yes, the normal & antinormal are both +y → +v (although I would have thought they would be +v & -v ...just for symmetry )
Your second observation seems also correct, although there are some points in an ellipticla obit where those vectors would be correct

Thank you. I agree, it seems a bit asymmetrical. Yes, only four such points

Oh, it seems I made a mistake. There are only two such points, not four. On the ellipse major axis.
