Question STS PAYLOADS v.2.01/ Order of Installation

Hi Folks,

I am finally at the stage where I want to install Shuttle Fleet v4.8 on a Clean install of Ortbiter 2010. I have read the order of installation to be 1. Shuttle Fleet. 2. STS Payloads V2.01 and finally the STS Payloads expansion pack.
However, The V2.01 just contains a text file.

My questions are: Will shuttle fleet 4.8 work with just the expansion pack?. Is there a copy of STS Payloads out there somewhere? What is the best way to get Shuttle Fleet running on Orbiter 2010?
