I noticed from a picture of the Apollo 11 CM "Columbia" that the "SPS FLANGE TEMP HIGH" warning indicator is missing from the CW panel. Is this intentional, or not implemented?

Ah interesting observation, looks like this was removed later on which is probably why it's not in there. Since we only have 1 panel for pre J mission CM's that is what we used.

More mission specific panels would of course include this when we get the resources to generate panels for each mission's configuration.

The Apollo 12 Mission Report has this:

In the displays and controls system, the service propulsion flange high-temperature caution and warning circuitry, which was no longer required, was removed.

So Apollo 11 was the last mission that had the light.

Fun fact, Apollo 9 had a lot more SPS CW lights as well for the SPS. SPS PU SENSOR and SPS ROUGH ECO plus a CREW ALERT light

I guess no Block II CSM was like the other. CSMs 101, 103 and 104 had no VHF ranging equipment, so the regarding switches were missing, the EMS was also a little bit different because of that. CSM-107 was AFAIK the first with an S-band squelch function, 110 recieved some modifications after Apollo 13...the list goes on and on.
