Im trying to recreate the STS-31 HST Mission for SSV and Orbiter 2016 but crashes when loads the vessel: SSV_OV

You could somehow be running out of (graphics) memory... the load times in that D3D9 log seem a bit slow. Can you decrease the Orbiter resolution to see if it helps, or maybe lowering the D3D9 settings a bit?

She's worked, But the SSME engines Cannot Start.
Well, this might be 1 of 2 things:
1) you are trying to start the SSMEs manually... which won't work, as they are started by the computers at T-6.6s;
2) something went wrong and the countdown was stopped, and you can find out the problem by looking in the Orbiter log.
