Maybe yes, maybe not: As expected, the US Space Force radar tracked Kosmos-2555 in a 279 by 294-kilometer orbit with an inclination 96.5 degrees to the Equator. It had similar parameters to those of EMKA-1 and EMKA-2 military imaging satellites launched in 2018 and 2021, respectively.That particular satellite that flew on Angara is just a dummy payload right?
