my work is related to laser equipment (used for show business presentations)
if under the spacecraft sheathing to put perfectly reflecting mirror
the battle laser will pass through the sheathing and will be reflected?

In short, a mirror is never perfect and a laser that can punch through a hull would destroy any real mirror quickly as well.

wonderful games, but I would make the laser beam continuous since the purpose of the laser is to heat a certain point if the target is spinning, the energy can spread across the entire surface of the target heating itself may take a long time (space cooling is a separate issue)
