Writing modules for the vessels from this addon:

Thrusters (RCS unfinished), particle streams, docking port, attachment point (insofar nonfunctional), nonfunctional VC-type-thing (the same as in the original.)
Features planned:
One-key attachment handling (grab/drop). Currently a PITA.
Floodlight. Should be simple.
Nameplate dependant on scenario line. Sounds complicated.
Question: What is the simplest way to tell the vessel to detach a child when the J key is pressed? I've sort of used Atlantis's method (well, it isn't working quite yet actually) but it seems unnecessarily complicated for my purpose. Payload attachment by J is a secondary objective ATM.
Edit: Attached an alpha release, for no reason really.
