One thing is certain: there is only one routine used in stock MFDs for number to text conversion, whether for pressures or distances.

Hmm, at least 5 million m/s in ACC (the minus sign is clearly "off screen", can't tell if there are also digits not being displayed) and another 1.5 million in VACC.

Hope his G-Suit is working well!

The "straight in from Neptune" scenario @15.72M pegs SurfaceMFD beyond displayable digits. But I still can't hit the surface, that soup is too thick!
