With this scenario, as long as the CTV is present I can't run the highest level of time acceleration, it stops me at 10,000x. Am I missing something? An interplanetary trip is going to take a hell of a long time without access to the faster time acceleration. Is there some parameter that isn't being met to unlock it?

The crew are all moved into the SSBB hab module using UMMUFA, and I'm enabling the external life support for the CTV. Why is the time acceleration still locked?

This also happens in the stock docked to ISS scenarios.

EDIT: Also happens in other scenarios when I spawn one with the scenario editor. Does the addon just come with a blanket lockout of the 100,000x time acceleration when it's present in a scenario?
