Are there any tools out there which will take the Orbiter position data (i.e. RPOS, RVEL) in the scenario file and convert it to TLE format?

thanks.

Thanks DaveS. It's a start as it does Earth orbits only. It would be good if there was a util which did other planets orbits as well but this will certainly give me something to experiment with.

TLEs are a special format of orbital elements data that is designed for use with the SGP4 algorithm. SGP4 in turn is only valid for Earth, so it does not make sense to have TLEs for other planets.

The Scenario Editor will give you Keplerian elements for any planet.
