No. The XR Fleet vessels are only available for Orbiter 2016. It's stated clearly on the website: https://www.alteaaerospace.com/index-3.html

Perhaps someone can offer you the older versions for Orbiter 2010. But really, I think you should move on to Orbiter 2016.

Somewhere, but not here.
Yeah, the wayback machine is the best tool for downloading the old versions. I have also uploaded backup copies to my cloud service so they're there for me. Until UMMU and UCGO have been updated to 2016, or the alternatives being worked on by Woo and Loru are released, I am still mainlining Orbiter 2010 like many other Orbinauts.

While Orbiter 2016 is stunning and an excellent update, Orbiter 2010 remains the most accessible version for simulating fully-fledged missions.

I hope you asked the developers first before you downloaded what was on the wayback machine. For some developers, there is a reason why they only keep the current versions of their offerings available and don't archive them on OH.

Keep in mind that those versions were explicitly meant for OMP users only. They are long gone from the OMP server now, and the versions linked above are hosted on a different server (the web.archive.org one). Nobody can guarantee that they are not tempted with, so use at your own risk.
