Which apollo addon? Can you post the orbiter.log file for us to review? That'll probably point to a missing required addon.

As garyw says, could you post the content of the Orbiter.log-file? It is located in the same folder as the Orbiter.exe program and you can open it with Notepad. It should start with "**** Orbiter.log" etc. And be sure to copy the text into [CODE ]-tags (without the space), then you will make it easier to read for us!

:welcome: to the forum, by the way!

Are you sure you have copied the whole content of the downloaded AMSO file to your Orbiter installation? It can't the Sol.cfg of the AMSO add-on.

Hi Tim. Orb and IronRain are trying to help here. You need to do your part too though, or this is not going to end happily. Orbiter is a bit more hands-on than your typical game, so it helps to have an awareness of the files you are copying and where they are going.

Have a look at your own Orbiter.log you posted above. You'll see that it cannot find .\Config\AMSO\Sol.cfg (i.e. this is relative to the Orbiter directory ... e.g. c:\Orbiter or wherever you have it installed). For nearly all the addons, the developers zip them or RAR them into a release which you download. Generally, you do an Extract All... over the top of your Orbiter directory and things lay out properly. Occasionally, you will find that the zipped structure has an extra directory in there (e.g. another Orbiter level or a zip root level) that should not be there, and inf you simply unzip, the files will go to the wrong place. So just have a look in the zips, find that file and then make sure your Extract All puts it in the right place.

Hope that made sense and was not too basic. Trying to help you as well, as this is an awesome discovery tool when you get it working as you want it.

Let us know how you get on, or if you get stuck, explain what you have done and what the results were.
