I'm proud to say that TLE calculations are working great ! THanks to Ajaja, I got everything right, and the ISS is really on its track:
What I'm proud to say is that you now have the AOSP Library avaliable for download ! A first alpha version is now downloadable from the repository. Be aware that it is buggy still and not all of the features are there yet. Also, expect some function changes, marked before by the Obsolete attribute.
The testing app that I used for TLEs is also on the way, for the ones who might find an interest in.
