Default Fullscreen problem

Hello,
I have a problem when I launch an Orbiter2016 scenario in fullscreen but only if it contains a XR-1 or Deltaglieder Ex (I havn't tried more from Altea Aerospace):

After loading Orbiter, everythink seems to be perfect.
But after one second after I hear "All systems nominal" or so, the fullscreen jumps to the right a bit and I can see a band of my Windows desktop on the left site. I also can see my task bar even I'm in "true fullscreen mode".
I also tried to change the "DPI Scaling for high resolution" (Right click on the orbiter_ng icon => compatibility).
I've tried this with difference settings. I can only use the D3D9Client because the inline client is not working on my Windows installation.
I don't know if it's a XR issue or a D3D9Client issue...
I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950.

I noticed that I have alsways this log, it says I have an "old" Orbiter version but it's 2016...?
[edit] I just realized that I have Orbiter version 160828 but I never noticed that there is a 160830 out...
Maybe this is the problem?
I just download and try again and report back...

Sorry I think it's a mistake,
It's in the german wikipedia https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orbiter_(Simulator). I allready downloaded it again and it's still the same version...
So I don't think it's true I guess it's the release date or a beta verstion etc. but I'm not sure.

In technical terms, that warning message only occurs when the Orbiter core fails to invoke the XR's VESSEL3::clbkLoadPanel2D method when a panel loads, and I have not seen that warning occur before. Since you appear to be running the latest Orbiter version, I suggest testing in a clean installation with just Orbiter 2016, UMMu, OrbiterSound, and the XR2. Also, I would test first with the built-in DirectX7 client then again with the latest D3D9 client.

I tried this way... But it's totaly strange.
On the old installation, the DirectX7 client never runs, I thought it is not possible with windows 7 because it does not support it anymore...

But now, when I run the XR2 scenario in the DirectX7 mode with the "clean" installation, it's the same issue as with the old installation with the DirectX9 client.

When I run in the DirectX9 mode in the clean installation, it's ok.
But I want to fix that in the old installation if possible and I want to know whats the problem is.
The logs seems to be better now
