I know, but it was a fight to get it that far, I remember the DPS screens consuming quite a lot of FPS before optimizations. Also I remember reading about poor rendering quality now in the DPS screens, so we have to improve it anyway.

It just makes sense to also move the DPS screens on the same base now and see if we gain some more FPS that way as well. The less we need for rendering the screens, the more CPU time we can invest into subsystems and support systems.

I just compilled the Release config and the Orbit PFD worked on all 11 MDUs... could you try the debug and attach to the process to see where it CTDs?

That indicates it is loading well...
In which scenarios are you getting the CTDs?

Current state. If you want me to test another scenario, just name it. I just tested Space Shuttle Ultra\Testing scenarios\Atlantis in orbit.scn with the same result.

Here's a screenshot of what VC++2010 shows at the break:

One of the on-orbit scenarios, maybe the STS-1 or the one in the test folder.

No joy any scenario. 23.10 is the latest D3D9Client version for the beta right?

That was it. I missed installing it. Now everything works. And I can also confirm the minimum impact the new Orbit PFD has on the frame rate:

Getting these errors when trying to compile the rev 2448 sources. I have tried rebuilding the sources both in Release and Debug with the same errors.

Code:
