BrianJ, for some reason, the launch pad lights do not light up in any scenario, even when the Local Light Sources box is checked in the Visual Parameters section.

Did I download something that messed up the launch pad config?

Unlikely, the pad lights are part of the "Strongback" vessel. Post your orbiter.log, I'll take a look.

Sorry. I can't do that because I'm restarting everything; doing a fresh install right now.

Trying to setup a few missions with the Falcon 9, and the heavy, having a little trouble with the payload editor. Most payloads i can attach, but for example your Osiris-Rex addon that I summon from the scenario editor will not attach.

Hi,
any payload for the Falcon9 / Falcon Heavy will need an attachment point so it can be attached to the launcher.

You can just add the attachment point to the payload's .cfg file.
Info about attachment points in the Orbiter Doc, examples in various .cfg files.
Cheers,
Brian
