Noticed that the RCS exhausts are out of alignment with the thrusters....here's the fix below (copy/paste and replace to Dynetictest.CFG):

    News COVID-19 pandemic

We started our online classes here a couple weeks ago, and I'd say it's not as difficult as I thought it would be (except when the internet connection and back doesn't cooperate) I'd hope this pandemic would be over soon :(

Hello, how do you attach Bartolomeo on a Dragon spacecraft? Thanks

The LER suit also served as an EVA airlock for the crew... nevertheless it still looks similar to the new xEMU suit design

    Request Artemis landers

I could now imagine how to get the LER to the Moon :ROFLMAO: , but that could wait until the crewed version of the addon is finished What do you mean by engine arrangement?

    Request Artemis landers

It could land with the droptanks still attached with the currently configured engines (when I accidentally forgot to jettison them in one simulation run :ROFLMAO: ) However, since every kg landed on the surface required more fuel to burn, that would probably be not an option for Dynetics in the...

    Request Artemis landers

Theoretically on an expendable Falcon Heavy...(francisdrake tried it also on partially reusable mode but needed the lander's engines to complete the TLI burn) However, the fairings were too small to fit even the ALPACA's droptank-less configuration....might explain why Dynetics contracted ULA...

Remember to scale down the mesh group you plan to put on the MFD screen like if there's a frame around it so that it does not cover the entire computer's "face" (if that's the right term :) )

    Request Artemis landers

The MFD screen covers the entire mesh group you set up in VB, much like SC4.... I'm not sure about the per/menu/sel columns, but if I understood correctly, they indicate their XYZ coordinates relative to the mesh? That being said, it would be better if the power/menu/select buttons are separate...

    Request Artemis landers

I think I see the problem with the MFDs: in the screenshot from the video below, the buttons were indeed placed around the mock-up screen, however in your mesh, the MFD covers up the entire panel with no room for a button in it

Exclusive interview of The Angry Astronaut with Dynetics manager, Kathy Laurini, about ALPACA: They're definitely going to use CH⁴/LOX as fuel for the lander The drop tanks are planned to be reused on the surface in the near-future!

Also, as per francisdrake's suggestion, set the RCS thrusters into: Thrust (N) = 490 Isp (m²/s) = 3059.6592 To make the RCS function like the R-4D used since the Apollo days

According to the latest calculations by francisdrake, the total propellant load should be 34.1 tons instead of 11.5 tons so that the fuel inside the drop tanks are also included (10.5 for main tanks and 23.6 for the drop tanks)...but set it only as a single tank on VB instead of two Also, the...

    Request Artemis landers

The new features (landing gear and solar arrays) are great! Though some corrections to its mass/fuel specifications and RCS thrusters is needed, the overall is good nevertheless. It still can't fit into the Falcon Heavy's fairings even if the landing gears are stowed (might explain why it...

Animation keys in VesselBuilder are always accompanied by the [SHIFT] key :) For example, you set the animation's command key to "G"...therefore, VB recognizes it as "[SHIFT]+G" and "[CTRL]+[SHIFT]+G" for reverse Only the EVENTS (like the drop tanks jettison) can be set independently of the...
