The starship ISV Venture Star from the movie Avatar is one of the most scientifically accurate movie spaceships...
I wanted to learn Blender (used to use 3dsmax) and thought a Photon sail for the lovely Venture Star would be easy, and correct a couple of technical errors (whipple shield/ engine nasels). Well, one thing lead to another...
reworked the whole mesh, textures, features, recalculated .cfg, converted to VesselBuilder, and made a Photon Sail.

REQUIREMENTS
"VesselBuilder for Orbiter2016" add-on
Optional:
D3d9 Client(tested with R4.25)- works without but doesn't look half as good!
flexer's Avatar System and the Valkyrie shuttle, available for download from Mediafire
INSTALLATION
Extract all files to the root of your Orbiter program directory, preserving the directory structure. This should NOT overwrite anything in the standard Orbiter package.
For Orbiter 2010: requires Spacecraft4, install BOTH orbiter2016 and orbiter2010 folders and use the new .scn file.
If you make virtual links for D3d9 (or don't use it) you don't have to install the modules folder. "G" for animations.
