Themis Launch Vehicle is versatile expendable multistage launcher for various payloads. Unique configuration system gives it flexibility needed to fulfill many types of the missions. You can configure your rocket via simple config files (and create new ones).
LV uses Payload Manager for (you've guessed it) payload management. As for now it lacks launch autopilot but you can use Artlav's great UAP. Also easy handling makes launches very easy to perform.
Stack consists of 4 SRBs, Kerosene fueled Core stage and optionally 2 upper stages.Installation as usual: unpack to orbiter folder preserving directory structure.
