This is a 120 kilometer long platform, with approx. 100 km radius of rotation. This is the first stage of a developing cislunar tether-sling network.Required Addons:
If creating your own scenarios -

Not required but highly recommended, Tblaxland's AttitudeMFD from http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3165
Likewise, if you're making your own scenarios, you'll need MS Excel or a spreadsheet program that can use .xls extensions.

To install, unzip into your Orbiter root directory. Note: V0.2 no longer requires Vinka's Spacecraft3.dll, so any previous installation MUST BE OVERWRITTEN.Â
Tested and works on Orbiter 100830.
