Attitude control with docked vessels
Attitude control won't work with docked vessels

Attitude control won't work when vessels are docked.

1. Load scenario "Vessel-vessel" where two deltagliders are docked.
2. Use RCS thrusters.

Results: Thrusters will fire but the vessel stack remains still.

Undock the vessels and attitude control will start to work again.

Confirmed here.

This only appears to happen in rotational RCS mode, though. If RCS is switched to translation then the craft act as expected.

Confirmed. This issue will be addressed in the next beta.

Reason: a missing "const" in a supervessel callback function meant that the state propagator never called the correct overloaded function to obtain torque values from the supervessel instance.
