Can you move a post to a new entry in my blog...
I want to blog about how I lost my boat and how I view chicken options

Post #27 by yours truly in the thread Bust of the Creator references a 38' ketch I used to own. I lost the boat as a result of a number of consecutive events resulting in a sailing accident. Fortunately no one was hurt. I have screen shots of the delta glider heating up on reentry and the damage simulation message indicating a breach in the cockpit. My point will be disabling chicken options adds realism to the simulation, and that much can be learned from failure just as much if not more from the enjoymant of success. Post #27 seems a little out of context now, maybe even off-topic in that thread. I don't want to duplicate that information. I'd prefer to have the post moved to a new blog entry for further development as I have desscribed in this request.

Please do this at your convenience, if you can do it at all, or if you feel it is appropriate. If I could be notified via PM or email I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for all your hard work. I know how much better I can feel when when someone says the same to me.

I don't have anything against your move request, however we're unable to move posts or threads to a blog because they use two separate tables in the database. The best solution would be to copy all the content from your post, then paste it into your blog.

I just remembered... Another option is to 'Blog this post'. Look on the bottom of your post in the forums, to the right of the edit, quote, thanks buttons etc., you will find a button to blog the post. That might be a more elegant solution for you.
