2016 - Delta glider ground control
Num 1 and 3 ineffective to steer the delta glider on the ground

Between 2 to 10 m/s on the ground (Cap Canaveral), NUM 1 and 3 keys have random effect - and do not allow to steer the spaceship. Have not tried at higher speed.

I've also encountered the same issue with DG. It is impossible to taxi to the runway. It only moves stright ahead.
I've tried out with DGIV and aso shows no steering reaction and skids after landing and braking.
As DGIV works fine in Orbiter 2010, I think that the problem is not in the ship but in the programme.
Maybe it has something to do with the ground elevations...

As a (temporary?) solution you can use left and right gear brakes for steering while maintaining the speed between 10 and 30 m/s (for example by short main engine bursts). This way you can pretty easily taxiing at flat surfaces, works in KSC and Edwards.
