Orbiter 2016: VESSEL::GetWeightVector returns 0 when scenario is loaded

As it says in the title, the VESSEL::GetWeightVector function returns a vector with 0,0,0 when a scenario is loaded, where the vessel is landed. I have experimented with this in ShuttleA and first noticed this in the NASSP development version for Orbiter 2016.

Once an RCS thruster is fired or e.g. the gear is retracted then the weight vector shows the correct values. But before that the vector is 0. This was not the case in Orbiter 2010. This issue breaks all prelaunch activities in NASSP that use accelerometers.

This issue has been addressed in SVN r.83. Gravity sources are now scanned at simulation start for landed (idle) vessels, which initialises their weight vector.
