Make use of newer technologies to allow more friendly large file handling
With a lot of users still struggling with poor quality and low speed connections, it makes sense to leverage more advanced file utilities to add support for:
- Batching multiple addon downloads into one ("Download Basket")
- Pausing, and resuming incomplete or interrupted downloads
- The same, for uploads
