Has anyone been to (and/or) landed on Pluto with the DG IV? I did it once with the delta glider,

Hmm, a goal that I have to achieve! :)

does anyone have some screenshots of landing on uranus or neptune or even saturn ? I guess you would just be landing on a texture am i right?

You, know what, I havenot landed on these planets, just orbited them :)

I think that you would land on the mesh of the planet, like saturn which is all clouds, so youd fly threw the planets clouds and eventually run into 'nothing' ;)

my guess anyway, or have a ctd :p:cheers:

Actually, you can land on them - although the surface is a flat texture...but then again, so is every other planet's surface in Orbiter, unless you have additional surface tiles/meshes.

Oh, and did I say, "Land"? You're more likely to come down crashing at several hundred m/s, since hardly any ship has engines powerful enough to overcome those planets' immense gravity.
