Due to some scheduling conflicts, Phantom Mfg’s window to for its 4th lunar launch had to slip, “There are only so many launch pads in the world that can handle a fully loaded Ariane6,” stated Phantom’s Public Affairs office, “We knew this going into the project, that’s why we’ve got a DeltaGlider on standby for ‘emergency’ supply runs.”

The “official” second stage of the fledgling Phantom Manufacturing/Spectre Mining has gotten into full swing. Following the launch of an unmanned Ariane6 from AIA three days ago, the unmanned cargo hauler (named the Sally Oakley) successfully arrived in lunar orbit. A few orbits later a fully automatic sequence of events led to the deployment of the tank storage units for air and water, as well as a utility rover.

It’s hard to keep a secret in this modern world we live in, but the people at Phantom Mfg. have managed to keep it’s latest undertaking under as much a veil as it could be, with an Ariane6 sitting on the launch platform at AIA.

Any non-disclosure agreement was surely null-and-void after the Earth shaking liftoff of that powerful Ariane rocket earlier this week, but sources inside the company were tight-lipped fearing to jinx the mission before it could properly begin. Phantoms Public...
