Ariane 6 soars with Eranda to OFSS2!

OFSS2 is ever growing. The addition of the newest, largest module.. Eranda is about to be launched. Its July 4th, and an oddly American mood has fallen over a foreign launch pad. In addition, this piece of 4th of July fireworks shall launch one the heaviest payload by a rocket since Skylab (though Nexus is far bigger in mass)

STS-144: Discovery soars to OFSSII!

Tensions are mounting at KSC as the sunsets on a glorious October 2013 evening. Mild cloud's are in the area, raising the concerns about cloud celling for liftoff. MCC and the Astronauts just had their weather briefings and Kathy Winters has now said that the launch violations are 40% chance of NO GO. However, this does not dim off anyones spirits. Orbiter Forum Space Station II Mission One is in ORBIT!

OFSS 2 Mission 1 was successfully entered into orbit at 3:30 p.m US Time!

Liftoff of OFSS 2 Mission 1 on December 15th, 2012! This is also the maiden flight of the Ariane 6 rocket -- which design was announced in January 2011 was remarkably set for a launch late 2012.
