I shot this video this afternoon...
This went on all day today, a new operation for Quito's Aero-Police, getting put into practice, right next to where I live. EDIT: Frankly, preferred the original sound, without the music and despite the wind in the mic, and also without Youtube's anti shake function, so here it is, instead.
