Oops, this article says we had a conjunction yesterday.

Let's hop up into orbit and see how it looks today!

Default V1.2 release

Orrery V1.2
released
. Now supports non-Sol systems. I don't care for the moon coloring but nothing better came to mind. Is there an Orbiter standard for body colors?

Take a moment to notice how close Venus and Earth are. Will it occult the sun at all? Also, note only Saturn lies farther out in the "westerly" direction - from Earth pov almost all the solar system lies in one direction. Neat (in a clockwork way)!

Well that's certainly no fun! Did you have any problems with the old version (OrreryMFD)?

No that was the first thing I did, reinstall the old version just to be sure.

I noticed the old version module was named "Orrery MFD ", new version module just "Orrery"

Now I'm confused. The old DLL (OrreryMFD.dll) should be deselected and/or deleted. It CTD's on multiple instances or non-Sol systems.

The new version (Orrery.dll - the suffix "MFD" has been ditched) shouldn't suffer either problem. At least I didn't think so!

Orrery shows Mars is there (in fact vessel in photo is locked on Mars), but I guess it doesn't count as a "bright planet."
