Is there a tutorial on how to make pop up windows? Like the window that comes up when you activate the Atlantis RMS. I have looked at the code. But could figure out the code part.

There's a code sample I think, and there's of course the source code of the scenario editor. All said and done, programming a dialog box is actually windows API programming, not orbiter API programming, so you best look up some generic tutorials for the win API.
