[Flight Question] How to have AutoFCS in Orbiter 2010 (Landing the Shuttle Fleet)

OK, so have these Aero modifications also been applied to SSU? I am trying to complete the LDEF Scenarios that come with Orbiter. I managed to muck up the scenario file when I tried to replace the Default Atlantis with the one from the shuttle fleet. I assume that SSU will replace the default Atlantis, and take it's place in all the default Scenario. Is that a good way forward, or should continue my attempts to port the scenarios to the Shuttle fleet?

SSU will not replace the default Atlantis. It is entirely separate, just like the Shuttle Fleet.
