Would these work with Shuttle Fleet?

Nevermind. Not only do your pictures answer that question if I had only put two and two together, but your download package makes it quite clear as well.

The shuttle fleet and the default orbiter use the same cargobay texture, their name differs only (shuttle fleet: STScargobay, default orbiter: cargobay).
