as long as Bester finally gets it.
ohhh, why would you want to see Checkov dead?

Star Trek TNG was that way. It improved much over time
Sure thing. Back then, when a pilot still was one of the major evaluation tools how much interest a series would draw, it had to be low budget by nature.

Since this is onto the second page I'll take that as a yes. ; ) Cool.

The first season wasn't the best, but fortunately events forced a bit of a change in direction for the story before season 2 was made, which ended up improving things a fair bit.

My memory is a little hazy, but I remember earlier on finding the constant G'Kar/Molari squabbling every other week to be quite annoying. I didn't think there was any rhyme or reason to it . . .

until I heard the four words that changed everything:

"What do you want?"

Yeah, but you took a while to understand, that this is not just an interlude of an old married couple.

How about some Spoo? It's very fresh.

Count me in!

Watched the entire series(first time on VHS!) 3 times, but never saw it when it was running on TV.

So . . . . .still checking. ; )

If you were told that someone conducted a pile of new interviews with a chunk of the FX artists. And tied in with the interviews was a large collection of (mostly) previously unreleased concept art from the show (and it’s spin offs) including stuff like this.

Would you find that of interest at all.

When the show was renewed for season 5 some cast members, expecting the series to be cancelled, had made other plans and JMS had to come up with a story for season 5 which is why it starts slow and builds up.

Remember that out of all the episdoes over 90% were written by one man. A feat that has never been seen before or since.
Actually, it was conceived as a 5-year story, and I know JMS explained what happened between Seasons 4 & 5 somewhere, but I can't find it.
It's probably buried among the "jms speaks" sections of one of the episode write-ups on the Lurker's Guide.
