Refresh/Update button for scenario list

Nothing important but it can be useful to avoid closing and re-opening Orbiter just because you added a scenario in a folder.
It's even already implemented so it's easy to add this feature: when you delete the quicksaves indeed, it updates the scenario list and so it also adds new scenario files if they're present.
But you see, I don't want to delete my quicksaves just to update the other scenarios.
