Can't login to OrbitHangar with FireFox, can't access site with IE

I currently can not login to OrbitHangar using FireFox and can not even access the site with Internet Explorer. When I click login after entering my information with FireFox from my laptop, the browser just freezes and has to be forcibly shut down. When I try just going to OrbitHangar with Internet Explorer, the site continues to "load" (circular thing in tab that shows when a site is loading keeps going) and eventually has to be forcibly shut down as well. I am using FireFox 7.0.1 and Internet Explorer 9.0.8.112.16421 running under Windows 7. I can access the site from FireFox with my Windows Vista desktop, but I had previously logged in before, and my login information is saved.

[EDIT] Looks like the problem was completely on my end. I had a fingerprint-reader program that was supposed to ask if I wanted to associate a site's password with a fingerprint so the browser was waiting for this program, but it was messed up and needed to be restarted.
