Night lights for surface tiles

They would be really nice to have. Perhaps an option to add some "light mask" tiles over the normal tiles. Although we now can add local light sources and shed some light on launch pads and buildings, making the illuminated ground surfaces into meshes does not sound like a good way to do it, I think.

It would greatly improve the visuals and night landings would look much better because you will no longer have to explain ...

- "Ok, we're in the atmosphere, now where's the landing site?"
- "See that big black rectangle over there? That's the spaceport!"
- "Why is it so dark there?"
- "Hm, maybe it's a remainder of WWII airstrike countermeasures, or we just travelled back in time."
