Orbiter vs KSP - Comparable?

Although KSP wasn't intended to compete with Orbiter, I've caught myself, and I'm sure others have too, comparing the two.

Kerbal Space Program is a fictional "half-simulator-half-sandbox" game where you design, build, fly, and sadly, sometimes crash your own spacecrafts. It's in some, I'm assuming, fictional solar system featuring planets that are like our own. For example, the in-game planet Duna is very similar to Mars. Kerbin is a a smaller version of Earth! My space travels

Hi, Guys!

I'm now about 1,800 AU or 270,000,000,000 kilometers away from earth and moving at the speed of 1.37 C or about 411,000 kilometers per second or 411,000,000 meters per second!!!!

T+ 159 Days Engineering Log

ETV arrived per the current schedule 2 days ago and we've unloaded most of the parts we need to repair our malfunctioning EHEs. Crew shifts are being flexed a bit to allow entire tasks to be completed by the same members, but no one is working excessive hours. If repairs go according to plan, SSTV-01 should be back to 100% capabilities by T+ 190 Days. The ETV is scheduled to depart 10 days later to allow us some extra time if we need it.
