That's usually orb. Sometimes I swear he's just a vbulletin hack posing as an administrator. The man just sits listening to the GET requests coming into the server, waiting for the ones that don't add up quite right... 0-second response time.

I'll be honest on this point - signing in has become more enjoyable since leaving the staff, and thus losing the ability to see the basement.

It's great to see you happy with your moderating duties, and great to see a clean, spam/flame-free forum (haven't had more than a few twitches from the mod-senses, 90% regarding oversized signatures...you fellows are fast as always.)

    SEP-010, Chapter 16.

    Thank you!

I kinda hit a bit of a wall with this one at first. I hate writer's block with a passion . . . but I was able to work with this one.

Don't worry -- there's still more in my head that needs to come out; I'm not done with this series yet.

It seems like you have a busy life. Xyon. Remember, family is very important, and so is your orbiter time. Don't let them conflict though.

Have a good life, and if you need to take a break, go for it. You've more than earned some PTO.

To make you feel even worse... I spent years saving my money so I had enough to buy, but then at the last minute, my grandparents found out I was buying a computer and contributed almost 2/3 of the cost.

So maybe go wink to your grandma

Tut! We are a green forum, can't have pollution reaching the upper levels of the forum.

Great post Xyon. From my point of view it's humbling to be a part of the staff and fantastic to be part of the community as a whole.

The cooling I have has a 120 mm fan, which you fit to one of the openings on the case. Except for cleaning dust off the heat exchanger, there is no maintenance required. It's a completely closed loop and was already assembled in the box. You don't have to refill the liquid over time.

As for noise, it's louder than the stock fan, but not bad. Quieter than my previous computer.

    Hello there, beautiful!

Well, I just installed CPU liquid cooling into my computer and I must say I'm amazed!

The one I got was Antec cooler H2O 620 and I must say it works WONDERS.

Idling temperatures have been reduced from about 55°C - 60°C to about 30°C and I'm running a full power CPU test right now. I couldn't do that before, because the CPU exceeded its maximum safe operating temperature at 105°C, but now the CPU is running at about 55°C to 60°C.

I now have 100% confidence in my computer and it's computing power.
