This Week At NASA

With a new year appon us NASA sees it fit to anounce the next longterm goal for the agency.

Project Name: Artemis Program
Project Goal: Well.... for starters NASA's return to the Moon.

All released details are in the PDF attached.


The first launch of Artemis hardware has been determined. A first generation Lunar Tracking and Data Relay Satellite (LTDRS) will be launched on May 8 2012.

    This looks amusing, I say amusing because nasa and the guberment have a nasty habit of funding programs then pulling the plug then starting over again. Well we shall see!! I say do this instead of mars!
