    New Release D3D9Client Development

Font question: in D3D9 are all chars printed? My custom font has symbols located in positions usually assigned to "non-printing" chars, and they are not showing up. GDI shows them without problems. I'm using a D3D9 for Orbiter 2016 and still haven't tested in the new Orbiter...

    Updates Boeing's CST-100 Starliner

Well... there were lots and lots of problems with money, so much that the first project manager was fired.

    Orbiter 2024 Launch readiness

Thanks! I don't think a font is being (explicitly) set, so I'm not sure what the problem could be... I never got any font problems, both in TeXworks or cmake.

Poor first film roll, but image quality gets much better later on.

Flight Question Launching an Spacecraft with no RInc to the Target

Play with the scenario "Challenge 1 - Launch and docking", and watch how launching at the start of the scenario vs 10 minutes later vs 30 minutes later affects your RInc at insertion.

    Project Space Shuttle Vessel

... so, where were we? 😁 Back to SSV after a break to help Orbiter. Still have to merge the docking update, and check for any other loose ends, so that a version for the new Orbiter is ready to come out when time comes. But in the meantime I want to move the display stuff along a bit more. A few...

    Orbiter 2024 Launch readiness

I think this PR is now (at last) ready for review and merge. Again, IMO it is better perform a squash merge to minimize space requirements.

Not a "video", but actually audio tapes of MOCR during Apollo 17, with lots of ambient sound and background conversations:

    Orbiter 2024 Launch readiness

Nop, just a silly typo... 🤦‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️ So, all 3 documents can now be build/compiled by cmake (in just 15 seconds)!!! One small issue is that the *.eps conversion leaves the *.pdf files in the repository folder, as opposed to the working directory with the other files. They don't show up in git as...

    Orbiter 2024 Launch readiness

Somehow I got cmake to generate the documents! :hailprobe: Well... 2 of them, as the technical manual fails, probably due to the need to convert the *.eps image files. Still not sure how to solve this... might just give up for now, move forward to the PR merge and fix later. Isolated tickets...

    Advanced Question Using the VAB

That should be it. That should give 1 or 2º/s (you can check the actual value in SPEC 20). Remember, the Space Shuttle was not built in Hollywood, so it didn't produce the cinematic images of wild gyrations and thrusters firing all over the place, it was "boring" with turns at low rates so the...

    Advanced Question Using the VAB

It is the Intermediate Seal purge dump on the High Pressure Oxidizer Turbopump in each engine... and in SSV it is not manually controlled. 😒

    Advanced Question Using the VAB

That is not controllable. Before the RSS moves, there are some structures that open/close, so motion is not immediate. And I think the OAA has to be extended.
